As an admin, how do I regularize the attendance information of my employees?

In this article, we will go through the steps on how the admin can modify the attendance information on behalf of the employee.

Here is a step-by-step guide.

Step 1: Go to the Clock tab.

  • Click on the Attendance dropdown in the left navigation bar.

  • Choose the Clock option.

Step 2: Select the employee.

  • You may select any employee for whom you wish to regularize attendance information.

  • Select the month for which you wish to modify the attendance information by clicking on the calendar icon.

  • Click on the Load button.

Step 3: Regularize the attendance data.

  • Click on the Regularize Attendance button.

  • Select the dates for which you wish to regularize the attendance data and click on the Submit button in the pop-up box.

  • You may enable the toggle button to the right if you wish to Exclude Holidays and weekends.

  • You may enter the Break hours.

  • You may add a Note if you wish.

  • Click on the Submit button. In this case, the request gets auto-confirmed due to the request being put in by an admin.
