In this article we will go through how to show company logo on payslip on Asanify.
Here is a step-by-step guide
Step-1: If you have not ran payroll before
From the Dashboard. Use the Company dropdown
From the company dropdown, go to the Basic tab.
In the Basic Tab, you can upload the company logo(250*250 pixels, max 100kb)
The logo will automatically be generated on the payslip when you run the payroll.
Step-2: If you have ran payroll before and want to show company logo in previous month(s) payslips
From the Dashboard. Use the Company dropdown
From the company dropdown, go to the Basic tab.
In the Basic Tab, you can upload the company logo(250*250 pixels, max 100kb)
In Dashboard go to Recent Payroll Runs
Click on the past payroll for which you want to re-generate the past payslip (You have to regenerate the past payslip to update the company logo in payslip)
Click on the Actions button and click on Generate payslip
Repeat the procedure for generating payslips for the past payrun months if you need
