Begin by understanding the challenge of tracking employee data changes, such as promotions, salary revisions, and policy updates. The timeline view in Asanify offers a clear chronological perspective on every change made to an employee's profile, providing complete context and clarity.
Step 1 - Login as admin and open People Summary
Access the system as an administrator and navigate to the employee's profile. This can be done through the People Summary.
Step 2 - Choose the employee to review
Select the employee whose changes you wish to review.
Step 3 - Scroll right to find “Timeline”
Within the employee's profile, scroll to the extreme right-hand side until you locate the "Timeline" option.
Step 4 - Click on the “Timeline” option
Proceed by clicking on the "Timeline" option.
Step 5 - View all profile changes chronologically
The system will display all changes that have occurred over time for the selected employee's profile. This includes salary updates, personal email changes, and whether the portal user has been updated. All changes are presented in a chronological view, providing a comprehensive overview of modifications made to the employee's profile.
