As an admin, how do I see the leave balance change reason across a period

This guide provides a comprehensive process for administrators to review the leave balance changes of employees within Asanify.

Step 1 - Login as admin

Begin by logging in as an administrator. Navigate to the "Leave" tab, then click on "Balances".

Step 2 - Load Balances

Select the option "Load Balances".

Step 3 - Search for the employee

Utilize the search bar to find the specific employee whose leave balances you wish to review.

Step 4 - View Detailed Calculations

Click on "View Detailed Calculations". This action will display a sidebar where you can view the complete timeline of leave accruals for the selected employee.

Step 5 - Check accruals for all leave types

Examine the detailed calculations for all different types of leaves by selecting "View Detailed Calculations".

Step 6 - Reasons for accruals and deductions

Review the leave details alongside the reasons for accruals and deductions.
