As an Admin, how do I see the leave analytics report on Asanify?

This article outlines how you can access the Leave Analytics reports of all the employees and draw insights using various charts

Step 1 - Navigate to Leave Analytics

Login to Asanify as an Admin. Click on Leave tab under Analytics on the left navigation pane.

Step 2 - Select the type of Report

Currently, two Leave Analytics reports are readily available in Asanify.

  1. Leave Balances - Track leave balances and accrual rates over a defined time period to monitor changes, accruals, and usage trends.

  2. Individual Requests - Track and review individual leave requests submitted within a defined time range.

Select either one that suits your needs by clicking on it.

Step 3 - Explore Leave Balances Report

Select the date range and click on Load Report/Charts.

The report will display all the changes in Leave Balances over the selected period for all employees.

You can use the Search by Employee Name or Policy Name option to filter for specific Employee or Leave Policy. You can also use the Export CSV option for offline purposes.

Step 4 - Explore Leave Balances Charts

You can also generate various charts to draw insights about Leave Balances.

Currently, you can generate 4 different charts -

  1. Employee - Policy Distribution of Leave Balance Changes by DepartmentsBar Chart – Visualizes how leave balance changes are distributed across employees and policies within each department.

  2. Leave Balance Changes by Department, Policy, and DesignationDensity Heatmap – Shows the intensity of leave balance changes across departments, policies, and designations.

  3. Leave Balance Change by Employee - Policy PairBox Plot – Highlights the variation in leave balance changes for each employee-policy combination.

  4. Count of Employees by Balance Change Type and DepartmenntHistogram – Displays the count of employees by type of leave balance change across different departments.

Step 5 - Explore Individual Requests Reports

Select the date range and click on Load Report/Charts.

The report will display a list of all the Leave Requests raised by all the employee for the selected time period.

You can use the Search by Employee Name or Policy Name option to filter for specific Employee or Leave Policy. You can also use the Export CSV option for offline purposes.
