Step 1 - Navigate to People Analytics
Login to Asanify as an Admin. Click on People tab under Analytics on the left navigation pane.
Step 2 - Select the type of Report
Currently, three Attendance Analytics reports are readily available in Asanify.
Employee Master β Comprehensive employee core information (excluding salary details).
People Salary Master β Detailed salary and compensation information for employees.
Demographics β Department-wise distribution of employees.
1. Employee Master
Click on Load Report/Charts.
Employee Master Report provides a detailed view of core employee information (excluding salary) such as PAN, employee ID, joining date, full name, gender, department, designation, contact details, employment type etc, enabling quick search, filtering, and export for administrative use.
You can also download this report by clicking on Export CSV for offline use.

2. People Salary Master
Click on Load Report/Charts.
People Salary Master Report provides detailed salary-related information for each employee, along with core identifiers such as employee ID, name, designation, department, gender, status, joining date, timezone, employment type etc. It supports quick searches, salary-based analytics (e.g., total, average, and maximum salary by department), and CSV export for further processing.

3. Demographics
Demographics presents a department-wise distribution of employees, segmented by gender (male, female, other). This visual breakdown helps identify workforce composition across departments, enabling diversity analysis and organizational planning.
