Step 1 - Navigate to People Analytics

Login to Asanify as an Admin.

Click on the People tab under Analytics on the left navigation pane.

Step 2 - Access the Demographics Report

You will see a list of available People Analytics reports. Click on the Demographics card.

This will navigate you to the Demographics report page.

Step 3 - View the Demographics Chart

The system will automatically load a stacked bar chart displaying the department-wise distribution of employees by gender.

  • Each bar on the chart represents a department.

  • Each bar is segmented by gender (Male, Female, Other), allowing you to see the count of employees in each gender category within a department at a glance.

Additional Information

Understanding the Chart

  • The chart is an interactive stacked bar chart β€” you can hover over individual segments to view the exact count of employees for a given department and gender.

  • The X-axis represents departments, and the Y-axis represents the number of employees.

  • Gender segments are color-coded for easy identification.

Access Requirements

  • Only users with an Admin role can access the Demographics Report.

  • Ensure your account has Admin permissions before attempting to access this feature.

No Filters or Export

  • The Demographics Report does not require a date range or any other filters β€” it always reflects the current state of your workforce.

  • This report is view-only and does not have a CSV export option. For employee-level data exports, consider using the Employee Master report under People Analytics, which supports CSV download.
