As an admin, how do I set the leave balance of an employee in Asanify?

In this article, we will go through the steps to edit the leave balance of an employee on Asanify.

If you wish to reset or edit the leave balance of your employee you may easily do so on Asanify.

Additionally, with our reset feature, you have the freedom to edit leave balances on any date for any or all of your employees.

Here is a step-by-step guide.

Step 1: Go to the Leave tab.

Step 2: Select the employees for whom you wish to reset leave balances.

Step 3: Edit your employee's Leave Balances.

Step 1: Go to the Leave tab.

  • Go to the Leave tab in the left navigation bar. Click on Balances.

Step 2: Select the employees for whom you wish to reset leave balances.

  • Select the As on Date.

  • You may choose to load the leave balances for All Employees or you may select some employees by toggling the All Employees switch.

  • Click on the names of the employees for whom you wish to set leave balances. You may remove the selected employees by clicking on the red cross button next to their names.

  • Click on the Load button.

  • You may export the leave balances as a CSV by clicking on the Export CSV button.

Step 3: Edit your employee's Leave Balances.

  • Click on the Edit button to edit the leave balance of your employee.

  • You will be able to see the existing current balance and you may set the new leave balance here.

  • You may enter a reason if required as well.

  • Click on the Update button and your employee's leave balance will be updated.
