Step 2: Initiate the Payout process.

Step 3: View the Payout Details for each employee.

Step 1: Run your payroll.

Step 2: Initiate the Payout process.

  • After you have run payroll you may click on the Initiate Payout button present on the screen to pay employees at that time itself or you may pay them later.

  • If you wish to pay them later, you may click on the Payroll dropdown from the left navigation bar and click on Payruns.

  • Click on the Initiate option present next to the Payroll period for which you wish to pay your employees.

  • You may read the Terms & Conditions by clicking on the Terms & Conditions link.

  • Select the checkbox that states 'I agree to Asanify's Terms & Conditions'.

  • You may then click on the Confirm Payout button.

  • Your payout will be initiated and you may view the account statement to see the latest status. Click on the View Account Statement button.

  • The 'Created at' column will show you when the payout was made.

Step 3: View the Payout Details for each employee.

  • You may go to the Payruns tab and click on the More button -> Click on View details.

  • You may view each employee's Payout Status here -> If the status shows 'Success' that means that the payout was successful and salaries have been transferred to your employees' accounts.

  • If you scroll to the right you will notice all the additional details will be present here.

  • You may view the Payout Details for each employee by clicking on the View button in the Payout Details column.

  • You may view the Payout attempts here as well.

  • To view more details for each Payout Attempt -> Click on the More button corresponding to the payrun you initiated the payout for.
