As an admin, how do I add funds to my virtual account?

In this article, we will go through the steps on how an admin may add balance to a virtual a/c for transferring salaries through Asanify.

If you wish to avoid payment hassles, you may run payroll and transfer salaries directly through Asanify itself.

You will first need to request the creation of a virtual account. Please click here to view how you may request the creation of a virtual account.

After your virtual account has been created you would need to transfer funds into your virtual account prior to paying your employees.

Here is a step-by-step guide.

Step 1: Go to Asanify and click on the Add Balance button.

Step 2: View the details.

  • Click on the Add Balance button on your dashboard.

Step 2: View the details.

  • You will be able to add a balance to your virtual account by transferring money to the account whose details will be mentioned here.
