Asanify lets you embed your live Careers Page and Job Pages directly into your company website using a simple I-frame, so you do not need to build or maintain them manually. Once embedded, the page stays in sync with your HRMS — any new job you publish, or change you make to branding and content, automatically reflects on your website.
Prerequisites
Before you generate the I-frame code, make sure the following are in place:
You are logged in as an Admin (only Admins can configure the Careers Page).
A custom Sub Directory and Contact Email have been saved for your company. If this has not been done yet, you can create the subdirectory for your company first.
At least one job has been published on Asanify so that the embedded page shows live openings. You can post a new job opening on Asanify before continuing.
You have the public URL of the webpage on your own website where you intend to embed the Careers Page (for example,
https://www.yourcompany.com/careers). This URL is required so that Asanify can grant your webpage permission to embed the Careers Page as an I-frame.
Step 1 - Navigate to the Careers Page
Log in to Asanify as an Admin.
From the left navigation pane, click on the Hiring tab and select Careers Page. This opens your company's Careers Page editor.
You will see two tabs at the top:
Careers Page — the public-facing landing page that lists your company info and jobs.
Job Description — the layout for the individual job detail pages.
Make sure you are on the Careers Page tab.
Step 2 - Confirm your Careers Page is set up
Before generating the I-frame, confirm that your Careers Page is fully configured. If you see a "This link is invalid" message, your Custom Sub Directory or Contact Email has not been saved yet — click Page Settings and complete those fields.
While you are here, you can also fine-tune the look and feel of the page. Use Page Settings and the Edit icons next to each section to update your branding, colors, fonts, About Us, Culture, Perks, and More Info content. For a complete walkthrough of these options, refer to the guide on how to customize the Careers page for your company.
Tip: Your company logo on the Careers Page is pulled from Company → Basic settings, and the banner can be updated by following the steps to upload the banner image for your careers page.
Once your edits are complete, click Publish at the top right so the latest version of the Careers Page is live before you embed it.
Step 3 - Open the I-frame Generator
On the Careers Page tab, click the Generate I-frame button in the top toolbar.
This opens the Iframe Generator dialog where you will provide your website URL, choose which sections to include, set the dimensions, and generate the embed code.
Step 4 - Enter the URL of your webpage
In the Iframe Generator dialog, locate the field labeled What is the URL of your webpage.
Enter the full URL of the page on your own website where the Careers Page will be embedded (for example,
https://www.yourcompany.com/careers).Make sure the URL is valid and uses
http://orhttps://.Hover over the help (?) icon for a reminder: "URL of your webpage is required for giving necessary permission for the Asanify Careers Page to be embedded in your webpage as an I-frame."
Note: Once saved, the URL field becomes read-only. If you need to change it later, click the pencil icon next to the field — the tooltip "Click to Edit the Webpage URL" will appear.
Step 5 - Choose the sections you want to display
Use the dropdown labeled Which Sections do you want to use in your own webpage to multi-select the sections of the Asanify Careers Page that should appear on your embedded page.
The available sections are:
Banner Image — the hero banner at the top of the Careers Page.
About Us — your company introduction.
Culture — content describing your work culture.
Perks — benefits and perks offered to employees.
More Info — any additional information you want candidates to see.
Jobs — the list of currently published jobs (always included by default).
Select only the sections you want to surface on your own website. For example, if your website already has its own About Us and Culture sections, you can select only Banner Image and Jobs so the embed only shows the live job listings.
Step 6 - Set the I-frame Width and Height
Set the dimensions of the I-frame so it fits neatly into the layout of your website:
Width — entered as a percentage (default is
100%, which makes the I-frame span the full width of its container on your webpage).Height — entered in pixels (default is
600px). Increase this value if your page has long content (such as multiple jobs and large About Us sections) so users do not need to scroll inside the I-frame.
Tip: A width of 100% works best on most modern, responsive websites. Choose a height that is tall enough to display your jobs without an inner scrollbar, but not so tall that there is excessive empty space.
Step 7 - Generate and copy the I-frame code
If this is your first time generating the code:
Click Generate Code. The button is enabled only after all fields are filled correctly. If it is disabled, hover on it — the tooltip will show: "Please fill all the fields correctly to generate I-frame code."
After clicking, you will see the snackbar "I-frame Code generated successfully", and the generated HTML will appear in the Code textarea.
If you have already saved a webpage URL before:
The generated I-frame code is shown immediately in the Code textarea.
Click Copy Code to copy the snippet to your clipboard. You will see the confirmation "Iframe code copied successfully".
The generated code looks similar to:
<iframe src="https://secure.asanify.com/public/company/your-subdirectory?sections=banner,about,culture,perks,more,jobs" width="100%" height="600" frameborder="0"></iframe>
Step 8 - Embed the I-frame on your website
Open the HTML editor of the page on your own website where you would like the Careers Page to appear (the same URL you entered in Step 4).
Paste the copied
<iframe>code into the page's HTML at the location where you want the Careers Page to be displayed.Save and publish the changes on your website.
Refresh your website page in a browser — the Asanify Careers Page (with the sections you selected and any live jobs) will now render inside your website.
When a candidate clicks on a job inside the embedded list, the Job Description page will open in a new browser tab so the candidate can view the full job details and apply.
Note: The webpage URL you entered in Step 4 is what authorizes that page to embed the Careers Page. If you later want to embed the Careers Page on a different URL, update the field using the pencil icon and re-copy the I-frame code.
Additional Information
Keeping your embedded Careers Page in sync with the HRMS
You do not need to regenerate the I-frame each time you change the Careers Page. Once embedded, the I-frame always loads the latest published version of your Careers Page. This means:
New jobs you post and publish on Asanify will automatically appear on your embedded page.
Closing or unpublishing a job removes it from the embedded list.
Changes you save and Publish to your branding, About Us, Culture, Perks, More Info, banner, or styles will appear on your website without any code changes.
Updating the I-frame later
If you need to change which sections are displayed, the dimensions, or the embedding webpage URL:
Go back to Hiring → Careers Page.
Click Generate I-frame.
Make your changes and click Copy Code again, then replace the existing I-frame snippet on your website.
Changing the webpage URL
The webpage URL grants embedding permission to your site. If your website domain or page URL changes:
Open the Iframe Generator dialog.
Click the pencil icon next to the URL field.
Enter the new URL and copy the regenerated code.
Common things to check if the embed does not appear
Page not published yet: Make sure you have clicked Publish on the Careers Page after your most recent edits. The success message "Careers Page published successfully" confirms this.
No jobs visible: If the embedded page shows no jobs, confirm that at least one job is in the Published state. Drafts will not appear publicly.
Wrong webpage URL: The URL entered in the Iframe Generator must exactly match the website page where you embed the snippet (including
http://vshttps://). If the URL does not match, your browser may block the embed.Width/Height too small: If the content looks cramped or has an inner scrollbar, return to the Iframe Generator and increase the Height value.
Permissions
Generating and updating the I-frame is restricted to users with the Admin role. Other roles will not see the Careers Page option under the Hiring menu.
