Step 1 - Navigate to Hiring Analytics

Login to Asanify as an Admin. In the left navigation pane, click on Analytics. From the expanded menu, click on Hiring.

Step 2 - Open the Candidate Summary Report

On the Hiring Analytics page, you will see a list of available reports. Click on the Candidate Summary card (described as "Detailed candidate applications information").

The report configuration page will load.

Step 3 - Apply Filters

Before loading the report, you can narrow down the data using the available filters:

  • Candidate Status — Filter by one or more statuses: Applied, Evaluating, Offer Draft, Offer Generated, Offer Email Sent, Offered Offline, Offer Accepted, Offer Declined, Hired, Rejected, or Withdrawn. By default, all active pipeline statuses are pre-selected.

  • Job Title — Filter by one or more open job positions.

  • Department — Filter candidates belonging to specific departments.

  • Designation — Filter by a specific designation.

  • Gender — Filter by Male, Female, or Other.

  • Source — Filter by how the candidate was added: Self Applied, Referral, or Admin.

  • Origin — Filter by where the candidate came from: Asanify Careers Page, LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, or Other.

  • Job Posting Date — Set a date range to filter by when the job was posted.

  • Job Apply Date — Set a date range to filter by when the candidate applied.

Note: If you want to view all candidates regardless of status (including Rejected and Withdrawn), make sure to select all statuses in the Candidate Status filter.

Step 4 - Load the Report

Once you have set your desired filters, click Load Report to generate the report.

The system will display a table with detailed information for each candidate matching your filters. The report includes columns such as:

  • Candidate Name (First, Middle, Last Name)

  • Status and Job Title

  • Designation and Department

  • Gender and Date of Birth

  • Date of Joining

  • Personal Email and Mobile Number

  • Compliance details: PAN, UAN, Aadhar Number, ESI Number

  • Family details: Father Name, Mother Name, Spouse Name

  • Manager details: Manager Name, Mobile Number, Work Email

  • Work Address and Application Source/Origin

  • Created On date

Tip: You can use the search bar within the table to quickly find a specific candidate by name.

Step 5 - Export the Report

To download the report for offline use, click the Export CSV button at the top of the table. The file will be downloaded as Candidate_applications.csv containing all the data columns currently visible in your filtered report.
