Step 1 - Navigate to the Requests Summary report
Log in to Asanify as an Admin.
From the left navigation bar, click on Analytics.
Click on the Workflow tab.
Click on the Requests Summary card ("Detailed information of all types of individual requests").
You will land on the Generate Individual Requests Report page.
Step 2 - Configure your filters
Before loading data, configure the filters to narrow down the requests you want to export. The Requested On date range is compulsory — the report will not load without it.
Requested On (Required): Select the date range for which you want to pull requests. By default, this is set to the last calendar month. You can choose from preset options (current month, last month) or set a custom date range.
Request Status: Select one or more statuses — Pending, Approved, Rejected, or Cancelled. Leave blank to include all statuses.
Request Type: Select one or more request types to filter by. The available types are:
Attendance
Leave
Work From Home
Comp Off
Emp Core Update
Expense
Claim (Reimbursement)
Timesheet
Resignation
Fund
Loan
Job Requisition
Note: Leave Request Type blank to include all types in the report.
Advanced Filters
Click on All Filters to open the advanced filters drawer for additional filtering options:
Requested By: Filter by a specific employee name.
Employment Type: Filter by Employee or Contractor.
After selecting your advanced filter criteria, click Apply Filters.
Step 3 - Load the report data
Once your filters are configured, click the Load button.
The system fetches all requests matching your filters — both requests you are an approver for and requests raised by yourself.
The results are displayed in a paginated table showing: Request By, Employee ID, Request Type, Requested On, Request Status, along with buttons to view request Details and the Workflow Journey.
Tip: If you change any filters after loading, the report automatically refreshes without requiring you to click Load again.
Step 4 - Export the report to Excel
Once the report data is loaded, click the Export Excel button.
The system generates a multi-sheet Excel workbook (
.xlsx) and downloads it to your device. The file is named:
Request_Summary_Report_{dateFrom}_{dateTo}.xlsx
Note: The export may take a few seconds depending on the volume of data.
Additional Information
Understanding the exported Excel columns
The Excel workbook contains one sheet per request type found in your filtered data. For example, if your filters return Leave and Attendance requests, the workbook will have a Leave sheet and an Attendance sheet.

Type-specific detail columns
In addition to the common columns above, each sheet contains columns specific to that request type:

Shared fields such as employee name and status are merged across those rows for readability.
Prerequisites
You must be an Admin to access the Requests Summary report. This feature is not available to regular employees or managers.
Requests must already exist in the system for the selected date range and filters to return results. To understand how employees raise requests, refer to the guide on how to view and filter all requests.
Export format
The report is exported exclusively as an Excel (.xlsx) file. CSV and PDF formats are not available for this report.
