Note: You must be logged in as an Admin to access this report. Make sure your attendance policy is set up before generating reports to ensure accurate data.

Step 2 - Select the Daily Attendance Status Report

You will see a set of report cards under the Attendance tab. These include:

Step 3 - Apply Filters

Before loading the report, configure the filters to narrow down the data you want to see:

  • Attendance Date (Required) – Select the start and end date for the period you want to analyze. This determines the date range of attendance records shown.

  • Person Status – Filter by employment status: Active, Resigned, Onboarding, or Offboarded.

  • Employment Type – Filter by Employee or Contractor.

  • Employee – Search for and select specific employees if you want to focus on individuals rather than the entire company.

  • Department – Filter results for a specific department.

  • Designation – Filter results by job designation.

You can apply one or more filters together to get the exact view you need.

Once your filters are set, click the Load Report/Charts button.

The system will fetch and display the attendance data in a table below. Each row represents an employee for a specific date, and the columns include:

Note: If you notice discrepancies in attendance status, your attendance policy may need to be refreshed. Learn how to refresh attendance status based on a policy version.

Step 5 - Search and Configure Columns (Optional)

Once the report is loaded, you can further refine your view:

  • Search – Use the search bar within the table to find a specific employee quickly.

  • Column Configuration – Use the column configuration dropdown to show or hide specific columns based on what information is most relevant to you.

  • Sort – Click on any column header to sort the data in ascending or descending order.

Step 6 - Export the Report

To download the report for offline use or sharing, click Export CSV to download the data as a CSV file.

The exported file will contain all the rows and columns currently displayed in the table, including any active filters.
