In this article, we go through how an admin can give the Asanify portal access to an admin, the portal access can either be employee-only or admin access.

Instructions to give the portal access

Here is a step-by-step guide

  • Step 1: Go to the profile of the employee

  • Step 2: Use the Give Portal Access option

  • Step 3: Select the Role of the Employee

Step 1: Go to the profile of the employee

Note: Access can only be given to the employee already added to the Portal

  • From the Dashboard, click on People.

  • Make sure you are in the Employee tab of People.

  • Search for the employee on the basis of Name, Department, or Designation.

  • Click on the profile to be redirected to the profile of the employee.

Step 2: Use the Give Portal Access option

  • Use the Give Portal Access option provided in the profile of the employee.

Step 3: Select the Role of the Employee

  • Select the role of employee, between Employee only and Admin, based on the role of the employee.

  • Hit on Create User to finish the giving portal access process.
