In this article, we will go through how to change the role of an employee/admin in Asanify.

Here is step by step guide:

1) For changing role from employee to admin

  • In People , Go to the employee's profile for whom you want to change role
    ​

  • Click on the Revoke Access button

  • Click on Revoke

  • Click on the Give Portal Access button
    ​

  • Select Admin from the dropdown and click on Create User button

    Employee role is successfully changed to Admin role now.

2) For changing role from admin to employee

  • In People , Go to the employee's profile for whom you want to change role
    ​

  • Click on the Revoke Access button

  • Click on Revoke

  • Click on the Give Portal Access button
    ​

  • Select Employee Only from the dropdown and click on Create User button

    Employee role is successfully changed to Employee only role now.
