What is an HR admin role?

The HR Admin role gives all members HR admin-related access rights including account configuration access but no salary or payroll data access.

Here is a step-by-step guide on how an admin can add an HR admin on Asanify.

  • Go to the People page and click on the person who you want to add as an HR admin. Click on the Give Portal Access button towards the right side of the screen.

  • In the pop-up, select the HR admin role. Click on Create User. The login details will be sent to the new HR admin via mail.
