In this article, we will go through the steps on how we can add a new candidate in Asanify and generate an offer letter for that candidate by following a step-by-step guide.
Here is a step-by-step guide:
Step 1: Go to the candidate tab
Step 2: Use Add a candidate option
Step 3: Enter the basic details
Step 4: Enter salary details
Step 5: Preview the Offer
Step 6: Completion
Step 1: Go to the candidate tab
路 Click on the hiring dropdown.
路 From the hiring dropdown, go to the Candidates tab.
Step 2: Use Add a candidate option
Once you click add a candidate, the screen below will appear.
Step 3: Enter the basic details
路 Please fill the following basic information:
Full name of the employee.
Personal Email Address of the employee.
Mobile Number of the employee.
Date of joining of the employee.
Gender of the employee.
Designation of the employee.
Department of the employee.
Date of birth of the employee.
Permanent Address of the employee.
Work address of the employee.
Which of these statutory compliances are applicable for the employee?
Manager of the employee.
What attendance policy will they fall under?
After filling in these details you can review them and then click on submit.
Step 4: Enter salary details
Enter the CTC of the employee and click on next.
Enter Salary Data and add additional salary components of the employee and then click on next.
Review the data and hit submit
Step 5: Preview the Offer
Choose an offer Letter Template and preview the Offer letter.
Hit the generate PDF button to generate the offer letter.
Step 6: Completion
The offer letter has been generated. Now you can mark as offered or mail the offer letter directly from Asanify by clicking on the 'Send in Email' button.
