Here is a step-by-step guide
Step 1: Go to the Department tab
Step 2: Fill in the Details

From the Dashboard. Use the Company dropdown
From the company dropdown, go to the Department tab
Step 2: Fill in the details
On the right side given options:
Fill in the name of the Department and
Fill in the description of the Department.
