As an admin, how do I clarify doubts about payroll calculations using AI

Step 1 - Log in and go to Payroll

To start, log into the system as an admin. Access the Payroll section, and select 'Run Payroll' to navigate to the Payroll tab and click on "Run Payroll".

Step 2 - Choose the month and click Run Payroll

On the 'Run Payroll' screen, you can view your previous payroll runs. Initiate the payroll process for a month by clicking on Run Payroll.

Step 3 - View auto-generated salary details

The system will proceed to calculate all pertinent salary components and deductions automatically. The list of these calculations is available on the screen.

Step 4 - Click “View Detailed Calculations” and access "Ask AI"

To explore further, click 'View Detailed Calculations.' A pop-up will appear, providing an option to 'Ask AI.' This tool allows you to input queries about the payroll.

Step 5 - Enter your query and click Ask

Suppose you wish to understand the deductions for a particular employee. Input a query and then click 'Ask.'

Step 6 - AI provides explanation

Upon submitting your query, the AI will generate a response detailing the deductions applicable to the employee's payroll, along with any additional notes.

Step 7 - Ask about specific calculations

You can , "How was the tax calculated for this employee?" After entering your query, click 'Ask' to receive the AI's detailed analysis.

Step 8 - AI displays detailed breakdown

The system will provide a comprehensive, structured breakdown of the tax calculations. This feature is invaluable for resolving any uncertainties or questions related to payroll computations.
