Asanify allows a smooth resignation process that involves two key steps - initiation by the employee and approval by the admin or manager. Here’s how it works:

Employee Initiates Resignation

Step 1 - Login to Asanify

Begin by logging in as an employee and navigating to your profile page within Asanify.

Step 2 - Click "Initiate Resignation"

Locate the option to initiate your resignation. Click on it to enter your proposed resignation details, including your resignation date and your proposed exit date.

Step 3 - Select exit date based on notice period

If you have a notice period of one month, select a proposed exit date that is one month from the current date. Your selection will be reflected in the proposed notice period.

Step 4 - Choose reason for resignation

Proceed to select the reason for your exit. Choose an appropriate reason for exit.

Step 5 - Enter your email address

Input your email address.

Step 6 - Add notes (optional) and click "Submit"

If desired, enter any additional notes. Then click "Submit" to create a resignation request, which will be reviewed by your manager.

Admin/Manager Reviews & Approves

Step 1 - Navigate to Requests Tab

Login to Asanify as an Admin. Click on Requests tab in the left navigation pane.

Step 2 - View Details

Click on Approve icon and View Details. You can also change the actual resignation date as per the contract from here irrespective of what the employee has entered.
