Step 1 - Prepare the Files
Collect all the documents you want to upload.
Ensure that each filename contains the identifier, eg - PAN. This will be used to map the file to respective employee.
To ensure successful uploads, please adhere to the following rules:
1. Supported File Types
Only the following file formats are supported currently:
PDF (.pdf)
JPEG (.jpg, .jpeg)
PNG (.png)
Ensure that files conform to these content types to avoid upload errors.
2. File Naming Convention
Each file name must include a valid employee identifier (such as PAN).
Recommended format: PAN_<document name>
Example: ABCDE1234F_Form16.pdf will be mapped to the employee whose PAN is ABCDE1234F.

For each employee, a specific document name can only be uploaded once.
Example: If ABCDE1234F_Form16.pdf has already been uploaded, uploading the same document name for that employee again will be rejected.
