As an admin, how do I create documents in bulk

This guide outlines the steps to efficiently create personalized documents in bulk using Asanify.

Step 1 - Navigate to Bulk

Login to Asanify as an Admin and click on Bulk under Documents tab in left navigation pane.

Step 2 - Create Batch

Click on Create Batch and enter the name fot the batch. You can also add a description.

Select the template from the dropdown. You can read more about how create a template here.

Next, select the employees for whom you want to generate this document.

You can choose multiple filters to filter exactly those employees.

Click on Select Persons. You can click on + to add employees to the list and x tp delete them from the list.

Step 3 - Preview Documents

Click on Select and Preview. The system will start generating a preview of the document.

When the status updates to Preview: Success, you can click on view icon to get a preview.

Step 4 - Generate Documents

If satisfied, click on Generate Bulk Documents to generate and assign documents to respective employees.

Step 5 - Download ZIP

You can click on the download icon to download a zip file containing all the documents.
