Step 1 - Navigate to Performance & OKRs

Login to Asanify as an Admin. Click on Review Cycles under Performance & OKRs tab in left navigation pane.

Step 2 - Select a Review Cycle

Select the Review Cycle for which you want to summarize by clicking on View icon. Scroll down, locate the employee and click on Summarize Review Instance button to get an AI generated summary of the review.

Step 3 - Get AI Summary

The system will display a comprehensive review summary powered by AI alongwith Recommended Actions.
