Step 1 - Navigate to Job Requisitions
Login to Asanify as an employee. Click on Job Requisitions under Hiring tab in the left navigation pane.
Step 2 - Create a Job Requisition
Click on Create a Job Requisition. Enter the required Role details like Job Title, Position Type, Number of Positions, Target Hire Date, Type of Hire. Click on Next.
Enter the required Team & Work Profile details like Department, Reporting Manager, Work Addresses, Educational Requirements, Work Experience Requirements and Skills. Click on Next.
Enter the required Compensation details like Salary or Budget, Equity offering. Click on Next.
Enter the required Job Description.
Step 3 - View Summary
Click on View Summary and check the entered details and requirements. Click on Create Job Requisition and the request will be created and visible to appropriate approving authority.
Step 4 - View Status
You can view the status of raised Job Requisition requests by navigating to Job Requisitions(Step 1)
