File Upload Troubleshooting
File too large: If you see an error about file size, ensure your document is under 10 MB. You can compress PDF files or reduce image quality to meet this requirement.
Unsupported file format: Make sure your file is in one of the supported formats (PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, or ZIP).
Upload failed: Check your internet connection and try uploading again. If the problem persists, contact your HR administrator.
Tips
Scan quality: For scanned documents, use clear, high-resolution scans to ensure readability.
File naming: Use descriptive file names (e.g., "Medical_Certificate_Jan2026.pdf") to help identify documents later.
Multiple documents: If you need to attach multiple documents, combine them into a single PDF or create a ZIP file containing all documents.
Privacy: Uploaded documents are securely stored and only accessible to authorized personnel (your manager and HR administrators).
