Step 1 - Go to Company Settings and open Entities

Log in to Asanify with your Admin account.

From the left navigation panel, click on Company and then click Settings.

In the Company Settings page, go to the Entities section to see the list of all legal entities configured for your company.

Step 2 - Open the entity whose logo you want to add or update

In the Entities list, locate the card for the legal entity whose logo you want to update.

Click View / Edit (the pen icon button) on that entity card to open the detailed Entity page.

At the top of this page, under the Entity Logo section, you will see:

  • The current logo (if one is already uploaded), or

  • A placeholder with an option to upload a logo.

Step 3 - Upload or replace the entity logo

In the Entity Logo section:

  • If you already have a logo, click the pen icon on the logo preview to open the file selector.

  • If there is no logo yet, click inside the upload area or drag and drop an image file into this box.

Choose an image file from your computer:

  • The file must be an image format (for example, .png or .jpg).

  • The maximum allowed file size is 100 KB, so use a compressed logo file.

After selecting the file, you will see a preview of the new logo in the upload area.

Click the Upload Now button to start the upload.

Wait for the upload progress bar to complete. Once finished:

  • The new logo preview will refresh.

  • A success message will confirm that the logo has been updated.

If you change your mind before uploading, click Remove or Cancel to clear the selected file and keep the existing logo.

Step 4 - Understand where the entity logo is used

The logo you upload here is tied to this specific entity.

If this entity is marked as your default entity, its logo will also be used as the primary company logo in many places across Asanify.

When the entity linked to your default company is configured correctly, that logo can also be used for branding in other areas—for example, when you show the company logo on payslips in Asanify.

Additional Information

Prerequisites

  • You must have Admin access to Company Settings to add or update an entity logo.

  • The entity must already be created under Company > Settings > Entities.

Tips and best practices

  • Use a square version of your logo so it looks good in compact spaces like the app header and cards.

  • Keep the background transparent (for example, a .png file) so the logo blends with different backgrounds inside Asanify.

  • Before uploading, compress the image so that it stays under 100 KB without losing too much quality.

Troubleshooting

  • You see an error about file size or upload failing

    • Re-export or compress your logo to reduce its size below 100 KB, then try again.

  • You do not see the upload area or the Upload button

    • Make sure you are on the Entity detail page (not just the list), and that you have Admin permissions.

  • The logo does not show in other parts of Asanify
