Step 1 - Open your company's HR Help
Go to Apps and click the card named after your company, followed by HR Help (for example, Acme HR Help). This card only appears if your company has switched on the HR Helpdesk. If you don't see it, ask your HR team.
Step 2 - Send a request to your HR team
Click Raise a request. Fill in Subject and Description, then choose a Category (all three are required before you can send the request). You can attach up to 10 files, PDF or PNG, each under 10 MB, using Select from device or by dropping files onto the panel.
If you are not ready to send the request yet, click Save as Draft instead. A draft needs only a Subject and a Category, and only you can see it. When you are ready, click Raise Ticket to send it.
Step 3 - Open your ticket list
After you send or save a request, Asanify shows a confirmation with the subject, status, category, assignee and attachment count. Click View my tickets to open the full list of everything you have raised.
Step 4 - Choose Inbox View or Table View
At the top of the list, use the toggle to switch between Inbox View (a list of tickets on the left with the conversation on the right) and Table View (a sortable table with a View Details action on each row). Asanify remembers whichever view you picked the next time you open this list in the same browser.
Step 5 - Search or filter your tickets
Use Search Tickets to find a ticket by its reference number or subject. Narrow the list further with the Status and Category dropdowns. Click Reset to clear all three filters at once. If the list fails to load, Asanify shows an error message with a Try again button.
Step 6 - Read the conversation on a ticket
In Inbox View, click a ticket to open its conversation on the right. Each message shows who sent it and when it was sent; your own messages appear on the right, and messages from your HR team appear on the left. Asanify also adds messages to the same conversation when something changes on the ticket, for example when it is assigned to someone, marked In Progress, or marked Resolved.
A ticket still marked Draft shows a note that it has not been sent yet.
If a ticket link no longer works, because it belongs to someone else or is out of date, Asanify shows This ticket is not available and keeps the rest of your list visible.
Step 7 - Open the full details and history
Click View Details, either from the conversation header or from the eye icon next to a ticket in Table View. This opens a panel with the Subject, Category, Raised on date, who it is Assigned to, and when it was Last Updated On. Click Ticket History to expand a timeline of every status the ticket has passed through, with the date, time and who made each change.
Step 8 - Download an attachment
If a message in the conversation has a file attached, click the file's chip under that message to download it. Each download link is generated fresh when you click it, so it also works for an older message.
If you have not raised any requests yet, the list shows a message telling you so, along with a Chat with us link for questions about the Asanify app itself. HR Help is only for requests to your own company's HR team, not for help with Asanify.
