In this article, we will discuss how the admin of a company can set the Request Email Notifications of the employees to either the employee's admin, manager, or himself.

Instructions to Set the Preferences

Here is a step-by-step guide

  • Step 1: Access the notification tab

  • Step 2: Email Notification Settings

  • Step 3: Access the Request notification settings.

Step 1: Access the notification tab

  • From the Dashboard, use the left navigation bar.

  • From the left navigation bar, click on the Company option to open the dropdown.

  • From the Company dropdown, go to the Notification tab.

Step 2: Email Notification Settings

  • Next, Go to the Email Notification Settings.

Step 3: Access the Birthday notification settings.

  • Make sure you have turned on the notifications to access the settings.

  • By turning on the Request Created or Request Status Changed notifications, You can further access who gets the notification, whether it being the employee's manager, the admins, or the employees himself.

  • In the above example, the manager and the employee and the admin will be notified in case a request is created and the employee will be sent a mail if the leave status is changed.
