In this article, we will discuss how the admin of a company can set the Birthday Email Notifications of the employees so that either the employee's admin, manager, or all the other employees get notified.
Instructions to Set the Preferences
Here is a step-by-step guide
Step 1: Access the notification tab
From the Dashboard, use the left navigation bar.
From the left navigation bar, click on the Company option to open the dropdown.
From the Company dropdown, go to the Notification tab.
Step 2: Email Notification Settings
Next, Go to the Email Notification Settings.
Step 3: Access the Birthday notification settings.
Make sure you have turned on the notifications to access the settings
By turning on the Individual Birthday, You can further access who gets the birthday notification, whether it being the employee's manager, the admins, or all the other employees
In the above example, the manager will be notified about the employee's birthday.
