As an admin, how do I customize my employees' payslips?

In this article, we will go through the steps on how admins can customize payslips for employees.

In this article, we will go through the steps on how admins can customize payslips for employees by displaying their attendance summaries, bank details, and more.

Here is a step-by-step guide:

  • On the left side of the screen click on the Payslip dropdown -> Regular Settings.

  • Scroll down, then select which additional information you wish to display on your employees' salary slips. Then click on Update to update the settings.

  • Run payroll and generate your customized salary slips with updated settings. Your customized salary slip would look like the picture below the table.

Show Bank details

Your employee's bank name and bank account number will be present.

Bank Name: Axis

Bank account number: 50100389906710

Show attendance summary

Get a summary of expected payable days, paid off days, leave without pay, etc.

Please refer to the image below the table which includes the attendance summary block.

Show daily attendance status

The attendance status of the employee is displayed as present/absent/sick leave, etc. It includes the number of hours they have worked and their first clock in and clock out timings.

Please refer to the second image below the table which is titled Daily attendance status.

Show Asanify branding

At the bottom of the payslip, you can choose if you want to keep/remove the Asanify branding.
