As an admin, how do I delete a Perquisite from an employee's salary?

In this article we will go through the steps on how an admin may delete the perquisites issued to an employee.

You may delete the perquisites that you added to your employee's salary easily on Asanify.

Please note that after you delete a perquisite, the perquisite considered in the past payroll will not be affected.

If an admin later decides to delete the perquisites then the past payroll's TDS will not be automatically adjusted and in future payrolls, it will not be considered.

Here is a step-by-step guide.

Step 1: Go to your employee's profile.

Step 2: Delete Perquisites.

Step 1: Go to your employee's profile.

  • Go to the People tab in the left navigation bar -> Click on Employees.

Step 2: Delete Perquisites.

  • Click on the name of the employee for whom you wish to add perquisites -> Click on the Salary tab to view the salary of that employee.

  • Scroll down to the bottom of that page.

  • Click on the Delete button to delete the perquisite.

  • Click on the Yes, Delete button.

  • The perquisite will be deleted.
