As an admin, how do I add Perquisites to my employee's salary?

In this article, we will go through the steps on how an admin may easily add perquisites to a salary.

You may add perquisites to your employee's salary easily on Asanify.

Here is a step-by-step guide.

Step 1: Go to your employee's profile.

Step 2: Add Perquisites.

  • Go to the People tab in the left navigation bar -> Click on Employees.

Step 2: Add Perquisites.

  • Click on the name of the employee for whom you wish to add perquisites -> Click on the Salary tab to view the salary of that employee.

  • Click on the Add Perquisites button on the right-hand side of the screen.

  • The following pop-up will appear.

  • Select the Perquisite type from the options provided in the dropdown.

  • Add the Perquisite amount. If your employee has paid some amount you may enter that as well.

  • The taxable amount will be calculated accordingly.

  • Click on the Add Perquisite button.

  • You will get a pop-up that will confirm that your perquisite has been added successfully.

  • Scroll down on the same screen and you will be able to view it.
