After you have created and assigned your geofencing policy, you may wish to view the invalid clocks of your employees. You may view the steps on how to create a geofencing policy by clicking here and the steps on how to assign a geofencing policy by clicking here. You may change an invalid clock to a valid clock or vice versa by following the steps given below.

Here is a step-by-step guide.

Step 1: Go to the Clock option.

Step 2: Enable the Show invalid clocks option.

Step 1: Go to the Clock option.

  • Go to the Attendance tab in the left navigation bar -> Click on the Clock option.

  • Search for the employee for whom you wish to view the invalid clocks -> Choose the month for which you want to view the invalid clocks -> Click on the Load button.

Step 2: Enable the Show invalid clocks option.

  • After you click on load, you may view the employee's clocks. Switch the toggle button to display Yes for the Show invalid clocks option.

  • The invalid clocks would be displayed in grey. You may click on any Invalid clock event to view why the clock was considered invalid.

  • You may view the error message that was displayed to the employee when he/she attempted to clock in/out and the clock was considered invalid. You may view how far out the employee was from the defined policy radius here.

  • You may change the validity of an invalid clock. To mark the invalid clocks as valid (and vice-versa), first, click on the View/Edit Clocks button.

  • Select the range for which you wish to edit the validity -> Click on the Submit button -> Click on the Load button.

  • You may choose which clocks you wish to make valid by toggling the Is Valid? toggle options for each invalid clock -> Click on the Save Changes button.
