As an admin, how do I delete a payroll?

In this article, we will go through the steps on how to delete a payroll successfully on Asanify.

If you have already run payroll for any month and wish to delete that payroll, please follow the steps given below.

Here is a step-by-step guide:

Step 1: Go to the Past Payruns tab.

Step 2: Delete the payroll.

Step 1: Go to the Past Payruns tab.

  • Go to the Payroll tab in the left navigation bar -> Click on the Payruns tab.

Step 2: Delete the payroll.

  • Click on the More button -> Click on the Delete Payroll option.

  • Please be aware that the action of deleting a payroll is permanent and cannot be undone.

  • The payroll data and payslips for your employees for this payroll will be permanently deleted. If you are confident that you wish to delete this payroll then you may click on the Yes, Delete Payroll option.
