As an admin, how do I delete the investments of an employee?

In this article we will go through the steps on how an admin can delete the investments of employees.

If you wish to delete any investment, you may do that by following the steps given below.

Please note: Only admins may delete investments of employees. This functionality is not available for HR admins.

Here is a step-by-step guide.

Step 1: Go to the investment tab in the left navigation bar.

Step 2: Delete the investment.

Step 1: Go to the investment tab in the left navigation bar.

  • Go to the investment tab -> Select the employee and the financial year for which you wish to delete investments.

  • Click on the Section dropdown to view the investment.

Step 2: Delete the investment.

  • Click on the Delete button.

  • A pop-up will appear. Please note that deleting the investment is permanent and cannot be undone. The selected investment will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered.

  • Click on the Yes, Delete Investment button.
