Need to quickly filter requests based on criteria that you define? Our brand new Requests module will allow you to filter all the approved, rejected, and pending requests.
Do you want your employees' Comp off balance to expire after a certain amount of time? You may now easily configure the number of days after which their comp off balance would expire.
Now you may also accurately calculate TDS in case of perquisites! E.g., Car Lease, Interest-Free Loans, etc.
And finally, after you Transfer Salaries through Asanify, you may view and conveniently download your account statement as a CSV from Asanify itself!

Use filters to flexibly view Requests.
Now you may get a cleaner view of all the different types of requests made on Asanify. Each type of request now has its own separate tab.
You will have the freedom to view your requests by using filters to define certain criteria. E.g., you may view Requests based on whether they are Approved, Rejected, or Pending.
2. Easily define a comp off balance expiry date.
If you want an employee's comp off balance to expire after a certain number of days, you may easily define the number of days in your comp off leave policy.
Your employees will only be able to apply for a comp off prior to the expiry date.
After the expiry date, the comp off balance of the employee will lapse and he/ she will not be able to apply for leave.
3. Add Perquisites to your employee's salary.
You now have the ability to add Perquisites to your employee's salary. E.g., Car Lease, Interest-Free Loans, etc. You may add the Perquisite amount and if your employee has paid some amount you may enter that as well.
Accurate TDS calculations would automatically happen while running the payroll.
4. View and conveniently download your account statement as a CSV.
After you effortlessly Run payroll and Transfer Salaries through Asanify, you may also view and download the CSV of your a/c statement.
You may conveniently check the numbers and share the CSV after you download it from Asanify.

Do you provide a Flexible Benefits Plan for your employees? You may soon provide a FBP via Asanify and your employees may customize the allotment.
Reimbursements can also be a part of CTC or FBP. E.g., Fuel Reimbursements, LTA, etc. Your employees may also claim reimbursements up to the allotted amounts.
