Step 1: Record the Loan Given to a Specific Employee

  • Navigate to the People module and select the employee to whom you have given the loan.

  • Go to the Salary tab in the employee's profile. On the right side of the screen, you will see the Give Loan option, click it.

  • fill in the required details.

    Step 2: View the Loan Details

  • Navigate to the Loans module in Payroll.

  • Click on View, and then select Installments to see the loan repayment details.

  • For additional information, click on View Info under the More option

  • Note:-Loan repayments commence automatically, deducted from employees' salaries when payroll is processed. Our system supports loan management with automatic prerequisite calculations to ensure accurate processing. Employees can view their loan repayment amounts in the detailed monthly salary calculations.
