Step 1 - Navigate to your profile
Click on your name or avatar in the top-right corner of the screen.
From the dropdown menu, click Profile.
This takes you to your personal profile page.
Step 2 - Open the profile picture menu
On your profile page, locate your profile picture (or the initials placeholder) at the top-left of the page.
Hover over the picture — a camera icon will appear in the centre.
Click the camera icon to open the picture menu.
You will see the following options:
Upload photo — if you do not have a profile picture yet.
Replace photo — if you already have a profile picture and want to change it.
Remove photo — to delete your current picture.
The menu also shows the accepted formats and size limit: JPG, PNG or WebP · Max 5 MB.
Step 3 - Upload or replace your photo
Click Upload photo (or Replace photo if updating an existing one).
A file picker will open. Select your image file from your device.
The upload happens automatically — no additional save or confirm step is needed.
Once complete, you will see a "Profile picture updated" confirmation message.
Step 4 - Remove your photo (optional)
If you want to remove your current profile picture:
Click the camera icon on your profile picture.
Click Remove photo.
A confirmation dialog will appear asking: "Remove profile picture?"
Click Remove to confirm, or Cancel to go back.
Once removed, your initials will be shown in place of the photo.

Supported file formats and size limit
Accepted formats: JPEG (.jpg / .jpeg), PNG (.png), and WebP (.webp)
Maximum file size: 5 MB
Files that do not meet these requirements will be rejected with an error message.
Who can change a profile picture?
As an employee, you can only update your own profile picture.
Admins and HR Admins can also update profile pictures on behalf of employees.
Troubleshooting
"Choose a JPEG, PNG, or WebP image." — The file format is not supported. Please select a JPG, PNG, or WebP file.
"Image must be 5 MB or smaller." — Your file exceeds the size limit. Try compressing the image or choosing a smaller file.
"Profile picture could not be updated. The existing picture is unchanged." — A network or server error occurred. Please try again.
