You need to be signed in as an Admin. This review screen only appears the first time: your organization must not have a level ladder set up yet.

In the left navigation, click Company, then click Job Levels. If no ladder has been configured yet, Asanify loads a screen titled Set up job levels, with your designations already sorted into a proposed level.

Each level is shown as its own row, with the highest level on top. A designation that Asanify could place with a clear, agreed signal from your org chart and job titles sits directly in its suggested level and carries a Suggested tag.

Anything Asanify could not confidently place sits in the Unlevelled tray at the bottom instead, tagged with why:

The banner across the top of the board and the alert above it (Unlevelled designations: N, or All designations are levelled) both tell you at a glance how many still need a decision. Suggestions on this screen are only ever visible to admins; an employee never sees that a level was "suggested."

To override a suggestion, or to place one of the Unlevelled cards yourself: click the designation's card once. A blue bar appears above the board reading Moving [designation]. Click a lane to place it. Click the level row you want, and the card moves there. You can also drag the card directly onto a level, or click the ⋮ menu on the card and pick a level from the list (or Clear (unlevelled) to send it back to the tray).

Once you move a card, its Suggested tag disappears, since it's now your own placement. It's still included the next time you confirm.

In the Unlevelled tray, use the Search designations box to narrow the list by name. Tick the checkbox on each card you want to move together, or click Select all [count] to grab everything currently shown. A bar appears with [count] selected, Assign selected to, and one button per level. Click a level to move every selected designation there in a single action, or click Clear to drop the selection without moving anything.

At the bottom of the board, the line [placed] of [total] designations will be levelled counts every card currently sitting in a level row (cards still in the Unlevelled tray aren't counted and won't be levelled). When you're satisfied with the placements, click Confirm and apply.

If you'd rather not use the suggestions at all, click Set up manually instead to switch to the manual level-ladder setup form, and none of the suggested placements are applied.

Asanify opens a Confirm level changes dialog summarizing the change: Designations changing level: [count]. Employees affected: [count]., with a line per designation showing how many employees it affects. Click Apply changes to save (every employee who holds one of these designations immediately inherits its new level), or click Cancel to back out without saving anything.

Once applied, you'll see Designation levels updated successfully., and the screen switches to the regular Level Board with your confirmed levels in place. If nothing could be matched to a real level, you'll see We couldn't apply the suggested levels. Set them on the board. instead; in that case, open the Level Board and assign the affected designations manually. If only some placements applied, the message reads Applied [count] of [total] levels; the rest couldn't be matched and stayed unlevelled., and the leftover designations stay in the Unlevelled tray for you to place by hand.

Later on, once your ladder exists, you can re-run suggestions for anything still unlevelled from the regular Level Board by clicking Suggest levels. The same review flow above opens again, scoped to only the designations that still need a level.
