You may now conveniently send announcements to everyone in your company through our brand new announcement feature!
Don't want your goals to be visible to everyone? You may choose who may view your goals. Now you also have the flexibility to add and delete reviewee-reviewer pairs in review cycles.
And finally, you and your employees will always be up-to-date. We have enabled email notifications to HR admins regarding employee requests. Employees will also be notified when they may download their payslips.
1. Conveniently make announcements.
Need to send out some communication to your employees? Now you may make announcements by using Asanify itself! All your active employees will receive an email with your message.
2. Control the visibility of your goals.
You now have the ability to select to who your goal would be visible. You may enable your goal to be visible to everyone, your team, management, direct reports, department only, or owner only. E.g., you may enable visibility settings so that only your management can see your goals.
3. Edit reviewee-reviewer pairs after creating a review cycle.
Organizations go through a lot of changes. For E.g. people get promoted, new people join and others leave. You now have the flexibility to effectively deal with these changes in your performance review cycles. Now you may easily add new reviewee-reviewer pairs and even delete existing pairs.

Do you have any payroll components that are expressed in terms of business KPIs? (E.g., commission, monthly bonus, etc.) You may automate their calculations by simply entering their formulas in Asanify! You may stay up-to-date with email notifications! Now HR admins will be notified whenever any employee submits any type of request - E.g., leave, attendance regularization, document upload requests. Employees will also be notified when you have paid them so they may download their payslips.
