A goal comprises of a qualitative objective and ideally 2-5 quantitative key results.

If you wish to review the performance of your employees or your own performance, you may create goals and measure them over time using the Goals and OKRs feature.

You may also add weights to the key results for a goal. After you follow the steps provided in this article you may refer to the Steps on how to add weights to a key result here.

Please note that admins can see all the goals.

Here is a step-by-step guide on how you may enable visibility settings.

Step 1: Create a goal.

Step 2: Enable goal visibility settings.

Step 3: Add key results.

Step 1: Create a goal.

  • Go to the Goals and OKRs tab in the left navigation bar -> Click on the Create a new Goal button.

  • You may fill in the Objective of the Goal by typing it in -> You may add a Description of your goal.
