You may delete a key result after you have created the key result.
A key result may only be deleted by the following users:
Goal owner.
Key result owner.
Admin.
HR admin.
Here is a step-by-step guide.
Step 1: Select the goal for which you wish to delete the key result.
Step 2: Delete the key result.
Step 1: Select the goal for which you wish to delete the key result.
Click on the View/Edit button for the goal for which you wish to delete the key result.
Step 2: Delete the key result.
Click on the More button for the key result that you wish to delete -> Click on Delete.
Click on the Yes Delete button.
After you click the Yes, Delete button, your key result will be removed from your goal and the updates that you made to your key result will be deleted as well.
You may delete an existing key result after you have assigned weights to your key results.
After you delete a key result, the weights of the existing key results will increase proportionately. This will be done to ensure that the total weightage of all the key results equals 100%.
