As an admin how do I print a custom field value for an employee in an HR document

In this article we will go through how to create and use custom fields for printing in HR documents

Step 2: Use the custom fields created, in HR documents

  • Navigate to the Templates section under the Document module.

  • Create a New Template.

  • Click on View Placeholders at the top right of the screen.

  • Search for the custom placeholder you created in step 1 and Copy the placeholder.

  • Paste the placeholder into your template and complete the template creation.

  • Navigate to the Others tab in the employee's profile and enter the data for the custom field.
    ​Note:- If this step is not completed, the custom field will not fetch any data when creating a document.
