Step 1 - Navigate to LMS Analytics

Login to Asanify as an Admin. In the left navigation pane, click on Analytics and then select LMS.

Note: This section is accessible to Admin users only.

Step 2 - Select the Course Completion Report

You will see two report options on the screen:

  • Course Completion — Displays completion data by learner (how much of the course each employee has completed).

  • Resource Completion — Displays completion data by individual resource within a course.

Click on Course Completion to proceed. Ensure that courses and participants have already been set up before generating this report. If you need to create a course first, refer to the guide on creating a course and adding participants in Asanify LMS.

Step 3 - Select a Course

On the report page, you will see a filter panel at the top.

  • Click on the Course dropdown and select the course for which you want to view completion data.

Note: Selecting a course is mandatory. The report will not load until a course is selected. An alert will appear on the screen if you attempt to load the report without selecting a course.

Step 4 - Load the Report

Once you have selected a course, click on Load Report/Charts.

The system will begin generating the report. This may take a few moments as the data is processed in the background (up to a few minutes for large datasets). Once ready, the report will be displayed in a table below.

Step 5 - View the Report Data

The report table displays the following information for each learner enrolled in the selected course:

  • Employee ID — Unique identifier for the employee

  • Full Name — Name of the learner

  • Department — Department the learner belongs to

  • Designation — Learner's designation

  • Date of Joining — Learner's joining date

  • Work Email — Learner's work email address

  • Course Title — Title of the selected course

  • Total Resources — Total number of resources in the course

  • Resources Completed — Number of resources the learner has completed

  • Resources Not Completed — Number of resources still pending

  • Completion % — Percentage of the course completed by the learner (e.g., 75.00%)

  • Completion Status — Current status of the learner:

    • Not Started — The learner has not begun the course

    • In Progress — The learner has completed some but not all resources

    • Completed — The learner has completed all resources in the course

You can customise which columns are visible in the table using the column configuration option within the report.

Step 6 - Export the Report

You can export the report data for offline use:

  • Export CSV — Click on Export CSV to download the report as a .csv file.

  • Export Excel — Click on Export Excel to download the report as an .xlsx file (if available for your account).

Step 7 - Generate Charts (Optional)

After loading the report, you can also generate visual charts for deeper insights. Click on Generate to create charts. Available chart types include:

  • Completion % by Person

  • Average Completion by Department

  • Average Completion by Designation

  • Resource-wise Learner Progress

  • Progress by Department

  • Daily Resource Completion

You can save a chart to your dashboard for quick reference by clicking Save Chart and selecting Save to Dashboard. For a full walkthrough of LMS chart generation, refer to the guide on viewing LMS analytics reports and generating charts in Asanify.
