After a review cycle has been created, you may update its status. You may view the Steps on how to create a review cycle here. You may start or stop review submissions as per your requirements by following the steps provided below.

Here is a step-by-step guide.

Step 1: Click on the Performance tab in the left navigation bar and view the review cycle that you have created.

Step 2: Update the status of the stages of the different types of reviews.

Step 1: Click on the Performance tab in the left navigation bar and view the review cycle that you have created.

  • Go to the Performance tab -> Click on the Review Cycles tab. All the review cycles that you have created would be listed on this page.

  • Click on the View button to view the review cycle that you have created.

  • After you click on the View button, all the details of your review cycle will be visible.

  • You may view the Types of Feedback forms that you had selected while creating your review cycle. You may click on any of the links provided here to view the questions included in that particular form.

Step 2: Update the status of the stages of the different types of reviews.

  • At the bottom of this page, you will be able to see the Stages of the review cycle.

  • Each stage is explained in the table below.

Stages

Description

Self-review

Type of review in which a reviewer reviews himself/herself.

Reviewer Review

Type of review in which 2 people are involved i.e., Manager Reviews, Direct Reportee Reviews, and Peer Reviews.

Review Packets sent to Reviewees

After all the reviews are completed by the participants, the results which are relevant to the reviewees can be sent to them.

  • Besides each Stage, the Status of that Stage is present. There are 3 types of Statuses and each status can be edited as per the requirement.

  • Each Status has been described below.

Status of any Stage

Description

Not Started

When the status of any stage displays Not Started, it means that nobody will be able to start filling reviews for that Stage. E.g., If Self Review stage displays Not Started as its status then the participants who need to complete a self-review of themselves will not be permitted to fill the review form. By default, all the stages will display Not Started as the status until the admin changes it.

In Progress

When the status of any stage displays In Progress, it means that participants may fill in the review forms. E.g., If the Reviewer Review stage displays In Progress as its status then the participants who need to complete Manager Reviews, Direct Reportee Reviews, and/or Peer Reviews will be permitted to fill the reviews.

Completed

When the status of any stage displays Completed, it means that participants may no longer fill any reviews. E.g., If the Self Review stage displays Completed as its status then the participants who need to complete self-reviews will no longer be permitted to fill the review form.

  • If you want to change the status of any stage, you may click on the Edit button in the top right corner.

  • Click on the Select New Status dropdown to change the status for any stage.

  • For E.g., If you want your participants to start filling out the Self Review forms, you may click on the In Progress option. If you don't want your participants to be allowed to fill the forms anymore you may click on the Completed option.

  • After you have made your changes, you may click on the Update Status button to save your changes.
