As an admin, how can I view the progress of a review cycle?

In this article, we will go through the steps on how to view Reviewee - Reviewer pairs who have completed/drafted/not started the reviews.

After a review cycle has been created and you have started collecting reviews, you may view the Reviewee - Reviewer pairs who have completed/drafted/not started filling the review forms.

Here is a step-by-step guide on how you may view the progress of a review cycle.

Step 1: Click on the Performance tab in the left navigation bar and click on Review Cycles.

Step 2: View the status column of the Reviewee - Reviewer pairs.

Step 1: Click on the Performance tab in the left navigation bar and click on Review Cycles.

  • Go to the Performance tab -> Click on the Review Cycles tab. All the review cycles that you have created would be listed on this page.

  • After you click on the View button, all the details of your review cycle will be visible.

  • You may view the Types of Feedback forms that you had selected while creating your review cycle. You may click on any of the links provided here to view the questions included in that particular form.

Step 2: View the status column of the Reviewee - Reviewer pairs.

  • You may view the Reviewee - Reviewer Pairs and see the number of reviews that have been completed.

  • In this example, 0 of 66 completed is mentioned. This means that 0 reviews have been completed out of the 66 reviews that need to be completed for this review cycle.

  • You may view the status of each Reviewee - Reviewer Pair in the Status column. The Status column may display Not Started, Draft, or View depending on the actions taken by each reviewer.

  • Each Status is explained in the table below.

Status of Reviewee - Reviewer Pair

Description

Not Started

This means that the reviewer has not started filling out the review.

Draft

This means that the reviewer has started filling the review but has not yet completed it.

View

This means that the reviewer has submitted the review form and the admin may click on the View button to view the responses of that review.
