As an admin how do I assign weights to questions in a review cycle

In this article, we will you may give more/less weightage to questions of a review cycle.

Step 1: Assigning Weights to Forms in Review Cycles

  • Create a review cycle

  • While selecting the feedback form for the review cycle, select Yes, when asked if there "should be an overall rating" to enable assigning weights to questions.

  • Repeat this process for other types of reviews if needed.

  • Complete the creation of the review cycle.

Step 2: Viewing and Editing Weights for Review Cycles

  • Open the Review Cycle: Navigate to review cycle tab and click on the review cycle you are working with.

  • View/ Edit Weights:

    • Scroll down to the Reviewee-Review pair section and click on the option to View/Update Weights.

    • Adjust the weight of each question as needed. If you need to reset the weights equally, click on Reset Weights Equally.

    • Note: Ensure the total percentage equals 100%, or you won't be able to update the weights.

  • Reviewee's View: The reviewee can see the weightage of each question while filling out the reviews.

  • Weight Restrictions: Weights cannot be changed once the review cycle is in progress.

  • Viewing Results: To view the results, go to the Review Cycle and View Responses. In addition to the feedback form questions, you can also see the weighted average at the bottom.
