Step 1 - Open the PIP list
From the left navigation menu, go to Performance > PIP.
You will see a table with Person Name, Reporting Manager, Duration, and Status for each PIP.
Step 2 - Filter and track status
Use the filters above the table to narrow results by Person Name, Department, Reporting Manager, Starting Date, or Completion Date.
Check the Status column to track the PIP state:
In Progress
Marked for Offboarding
Employee Retained
If a PIP is In Progress, hover over the status chip to see the Progress percentage.
Step 3 - Open a PIP for detailed tracking
Click View Details for the PIP you want to track.
Review key results and updates inside the PIP to understand progress. If you need to update progress, follow how to update a key result for a goal.
Additional Information
Prerequisites
You must have Admin access to view all PIPs.
Performance Management should be set up for your organization. If needed, follow the steps to set up Performance Management.
Troubleshooting
If you see No Performance Improvement Plans found, check your filters or confirm that PIPs have been created.
If a reporting manager is missing, the Reporting Manager cell will show N/A.
