As an admin, how do i view and track ongoing PIPs in Asanify

Step 1 - Open the PIP list

  • From the left navigation menu, go to Performance > PIP.

  • You will see a table with Person Name, Reporting Manager, Duration, and Status for each PIP.


Step 2 - Filter and track status

  • Use the filters above the table to narrow results by Person Name, Department, Reporting Manager, Starting Date, or Completion Date.

  • Check the Status column to track the PIP state:

    • In Progress

    • Marked for Offboarding

    • Employee Retained

  • If a PIP is In Progress, hover over the status chip to see the Progress percentage.


Step 3 - Open a PIP for detailed tracking

  • Click View Details for the PIP you want to track.

  • Review key results and updates inside the PIP to understand progress. If you need to update progress, follow how to update a key result for a goal.

Troubleshooting

  • If you see No Performance Improvement Plans found, check your filters or confirm that PIPs have been created.

  • If a reporting manager is missing, the Reporting Manager cell will show N/A.
